El Partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa (PCFR) se ha hecho con la gobernación de la ciudad de Irkutsk, en Siberia, logrando un triunfo histórico que supone la primera victoria electoral desde 2012 sobre el partido Rusia Unida, del Presidente Vladimir Putin.
