O Soviete de Hollywood: quando a América gostava do Estaline

É possível que o cinema mais espampanantemente celebratório da coragem dos soldados soviéticos, da alegria das quintas colectivas e da necessidade das purgas estalinistas não tenha sido feito em Moscovo, mas sim em Hollywood. Durante a 2ª Guerra Mundial, em nome da aliança estratégica entre os Estados Unidos da América e a União Soviética, o gabinete de propaganda de Washington encorajou os grandes estúdios a produzir filmes que redimissem e exaltassem o seu novo aliado, oportunidade que foi devidamente aproveitada por argumentistas comunistas a trabalhar em Hollywood.

EVDOKIA PASKO

«Evdokia Pasko - a legendary woman-aviator from the 46th Guards Night Bomber Aviation Regiment ("Night Witches").
She went to the war from the 3rd year study at Moscow State University, Mechanic-Mathematic faculty. During the war years she made 800 sorties!
After the war she graduated from Moscow University, she became PhD in mathematics and taught for over forty years in the famous Bauman University.
The Hero of the Soviet Union Evdokia Pasko passed away on 01/27/2017.
